At Stichting Share for Kids, we believe in making books accessible to children in every corner of our community. That’s why we created the BIEB Project, a unique initiative where we distribute donated children’s books to small street libraries known as “BIEBs.”
Each BIEB library receives 10 carefully selected books, and we monitor these libraries on a regular basis. As books are taken and shared, we ensure that the collections are replenished with new ones, creating a continuous cycle of reading and discovery. This project not only encourages children to read more but also fosters a sense of community by providing free, easily accessible reading material for everyone.
By keeping the BIEB libraries stocked with fresh books, we help maintain an active, thriving culture of reading and sharing. Through the BIEB Project, we aim to reach even more children and spread the joy of reading across neighborhoods.
